AQ Manager incorporates a multitude of customisable workflows to control the many processes involved in your laboratory’s activities.
These can manage :
- The steps for processing test requests and samples
- Steps for managing non-conformities
- The stages of the supplier purchasing process
- Maintenance and metrology management steps
- The stages of your commercial activity (quotes, invoices, customer orders)
The steps of these workflows are customisable for your project and your organisation. In addition, they allow you to define user rights for the validation of each step.
They also allow you to define the email sequences that are sent automatically, either to ask a user for validation, or to inform a user of the status of the project.
They also include an alarm system linked to processing or validation deadlines that are not respected.
Each step can be associated with the automatic edition of a document (a bench sheet, sample labels, etc.). Upon final validation of a test request, an email can be sent to the customer, containing the test request in PDF format.
