For traditional training, we assign one of our trainer-consultants specifically to your project, who will structure a training plan into different sessions. This will enable you to gradually gain full functional mastery of your CMMS solution.

For the complete project approach, a senior consultant will also supervise your project in addition to the trainer-consultant. The project approach also includes phases for analysing your needs, advice, training, prototyping and support for production start-up.

To offer you a flexible service and avoid mobilising your teams and resources over long periods, we have developed a web training programme. The main advantage of this is that it can be easily integrated into your schedule.

We use our IP telephony network, as well as web conferencing and distance learning tools. Our tools enable remote connection via several workstations. So we can easily offer everyone the chance to take part in training on our AQ Manager applications using a simple computer and a web connection.

There is no limit to the number of participants. As our training courses have both a practical and theoretical component, we require a sufficient number of computers (one computer for a maximum of two people) to enable everyone to get to grips with our AQ Manager CMMS solution.

To decide which type of support to choose, you need to take into account the level of support and advice you require, the number of prototypes to be carried out, the number of different sites or departments involved, and the extent of the functionality to be configured for your project.
